RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Guests will have 30 days from purchase in-studio or receipt from e-commerce order to return item(s) for a refund or exchange for other retail items. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Returned or exchanged goods must be in pristine, original condition with tags and labels attached and with original receipt or packing slip. Socks and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. E-commerce orders, including apparel, accessories, bikes, and bike gear, cannot be returned in-studio. Purchases made at a Flywheel studio may be returned at any Flywheel studio in the U.S.
To return or exchange any retail item(s) purchased from e-commerce, email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a pre-printed return label and complete the return form inside the package. Please note, the return process may take up to 10 business days and will process on the original form of payment. If you need to return your Flywheel Anywhere Bike, email email@example.com for assistance. If you return your Equipment, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the Equipment. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of $299.
APPAREL, ACCESSORIES, AND GEAR RETURN / EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE POLICY
For return items (no exchange), a $10 return shipping fee will apply. For exchange items, if you did not receive free shipping on your original order, there will not be a return shipping fee. If you did receive free shipping on the original order, a $10 return shipping fee will apply.
